Help your child become one of the most confident, skilled, and athletic players on their team — in just 90 days.
Most kids play soccer. Few train properly.
At Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center, we build athletes first — then skilled soccer players. Our structured 90-day development program is designed to increase confidence, speed of play, ball control, and game impact.
The Most Important Years for Development
Ages 6–10 are the golden years for motor learning. This is when coordination, balance, speed, and technical skill are built fastest. Players who train correctly during this window gain a long-term advantage that’s hard to catch later.
For athletes 10 and older, the need becomes even more urgent. At this stage, the game gets faster. Confidence matters more. Players who lack technical foundation or athletic movement begin to fall behind — not because of talent, but because of training.
The difference between average and standout players is not genetics. It’s structured repetition and coaching.

Our 90-Day Player → Athlete Program gives your child a structured development plan — not random drills.
Small group training (max 10 per coach).
High-repetition sessions.
Constant feedback.
Real progression.
If you want your athlete to stand out instead of blend in, this is where it starts.
Unsure if this would be a good fit?
Start With a Free 20-Minute Assessment
Not sure if it’s the right fit?
Start with a free assessment session. Your athlete will join a live training session with other players so we can evaluate:• Ball control• Decision-making speed• Athletic movement• Confidence level
Within 24 hours, we’ll provide a clear development recommendation and the best training path forward. No pressure. Just clarity.
Imagine 90 Days From Now
Imagine your child stepping onto the field knowing they belong there. Not hesitating. Not panicking under pressure. Confident on the ball. Calm in tight spaces. That shift alone changes everything.
Imagine them becoming the player teammates trust. The one who makes smart decisions. The one who moves with purpose. The one coaches notice. That doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through structured development.
Imagine faster first steps. Better balance. Sharper turns. Stronger body control. We don’t just improve soccer skills — we build athletic foundations that carry into every sport.
Players who train consistently over 90 days don’t just improve temporarily. They create separation. Separation in skill. Separation in confidence. Separation in opportunity.
You don’t get these years back. The development window closes faster than most parents realize. The difference between average and advanced often comes down to who trained intentionally during this stage.
In 90 days, your child could look back and say, “That’s when everything changed.”
The only question is — do you want to wait another season?

How does the 90-Day Player → Athlete Program work?
When you enroll, you’re committing to a 3-month development cycle designed for real progress — not random sessions.
Most families choose the 2x per week option. That gives your athlete:
• 2 structured training sessions per week
• 8 total sessions per month
• Small group coaching (max 10 per coach)
• Progressive development built around our core training fundamentals
After the 90 days, your membership automatically transitions to month-to-month. You can cancel anytime after the initial commitment period.
Option 2: 1 session per week
4 sessions per month
How Do monthly sessions work?
Each month, your membership includes 8 training sessions (for 2x/week athletes).
Once your membership is active, you can schedule your sessions based on available class times. We recommend booking your sessions in advance to secure your preferred time slots.
Unused sessions do not roll over.
What ages is this program for?
This program is ideal for athletes ages 5+.
Players will be separated by skill level.
These are the most important years for technical and athletic development. Players who train consistently during this stage gain a long-term advantage in confidence, coordination, and game performance.
What if my child misses a session?
We understand schedules can change. Make-up sessions are allowed within the same month, based on availability.
Consistency is key to seeing results, so we encourage athletes to attend at least 80% of sessions.
What should my child wear?
Required:
• Shin guards
• Indoor soccer shoes, tennis shoes, basketball shoes, or any non-marking shoes
• Athletic clothing
• A water bottle
Please do not bring a soccer ball — we provide all training equipment.
What makes this different from regular soccer practice?
Team practices focus on tactics and preparing for games.
Our 90-Day Program focuses on individual development:
• Ball control under pressure
• Speed of play
• Decision-making
• Athletic movement
• Confidence building
We build athletes first — then better soccer players.
How do you measure improvement?
Each athlete receives:
• Initial assessment
• Ongoing coaching feedback
• Mid-program check-in
• End-of-cycle evaluation
We focus on visible improvements in confidence, control, speed of play, and overall game impact.
What if we’re not sure it’s the right fit?
Start with our free 20-minute assessment session.
Your athlete will join a live training session, and we’ll provide a development recommendation within 24 hours.
No pressure — just clarity.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes.
If your athlete attends consistently during the 90-day program and you don’t see clear improvement in confidence, ball control, and athletic movement, we will continue training them at no cost until you do.
How many athletes are in each class?
We limit each group to 10 athletes per coach to maintain high-quality instruction and personalized feedback.
Spots are limited and enrollment closes once classes are full.
Can beginners join?
Yes. We group athletes based on skill level, not just age. Whether your child is new to structured training or already competitive, we place them where they can grow most effectively.
Can my child play team soccer while enrolled?
Absolutely. Most of our athletes play on rec, academy, or competitive teams. This program is designed to complement team play, not replace it
When can we start?
Enrollment is open now. Once your athlete completes their assessment (or first session), we can place them in the appropriate group immediately.
