Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 1/29/2026.

This Shipping Policy applies to all merchandise purchases made through Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center (“JIRC”). This policy also applies to affiliated programs and brands, including Jacksonville Futsal Academy (JFA) and ENC Futsal.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within three (3) business days of purchase

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Costs

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping methods may vary based on item size, destination, and availability

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or service interruptions

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information may be provided when available

  • Delivery confirmation is subject to carrier capabilities

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier

  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted to the carrier

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered

In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

  • If in-store pickup is offered, buyers will be notified when the order is ready

  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be forfeited without refund

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun

  • All sales are subject to our Refund Policy
