Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center (“JIRC”) maintains a strict refund policy to ensure fairness, consistency, and operational stability. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, point-of-sale (POS) system, mobile checkout, or in person.

This policy also applies to all affiliated programs and brands, including Jacksonville Futsal Academy (JFA) and ENC Futsal.

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Missed sessions, no-shows, or late arrivals

  • Schedule conflicts or personal circumstances

  • Weather conditions (unless otherwise stated in writing)

  • Illness, injury, or medical issues

  • Voluntary withdrawal from a program or event

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

  • Failure to review program details, expiration dates, or policies

This applies to all programs, passes, memberships, training sessions, leagues, camps, events, rentals, and retail purchases.

No Refunds for Expired or Unused Programs

  • Many programs, passes, and packages include expiration dates

  • Expiration periods vary by program and are disclosed at the time of purchase

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and track expiration dates

  • Unused or expired sessions are forfeited

  • Expired programs are not eligible for refunds, credits, or extensions

No Refunds for Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations or reschedule requests

  • Reschedules are permitted only in non-typical circumstances, require advance approval by management, and are not guaranteed

  • Approved reschedules do not create eligibility for a refund

Payments & Processing Clarification

All payments are processed and initially received by Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center, even when services are provided under Jacksonville Futsal Academy or ENC Futsal.

  • Internal allocation of payments does not affect refund eligibility

  • Refunds will not be issued based on which entity ultimately provides the service

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund Policy.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with questions before disputing charges

  • Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in loss of future participation privileges

Manager-Approved Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare, non-typical circumstances and only with written approval from management.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of management

  • No verbal approvals are valid

  • Approval of one exception does not establish precedent for future refunds

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase through our POS system or website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Refund Policy. Completion of checkout constitutes acceptance of this policy, whether or not a physical signature is obtained.
