Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, point-of-sale (POS) system, facilities, programs, events, and services operated by Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center (“JIRC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms also apply to affiliated programs and brands, including Jacksonville Futsal Academy (JFA) and ENC Futsal.
By accessing our website, completing a checkout transaction, registering for programs, or participating in any activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
POS Checkout Agreement (Required Acceptance)
By completing a purchase through our online checkout system, mobile checkout, or in-person point-of-sale system, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You understand and accept our no refund and no reschedule policies

You understand that programs may have expiration dates and that unused or expired sessions are forfeited

You understand that management approval is required for any exception and is not guaranteed
Completion of checkout constitutes a binding agreement, whether or not you physically sign a document.
Payments & Merchant Processing Disclosure
All payments are processed and initially received by Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center for administrative and operational purposes.

Payments may be allocated, transferred, or forwarded internally to the appropriate affiliated entity, program, or operating company (including Jacksonville Futsal Academy and ENC Futsal) for services rendered

The entity receiving the internal allocation does not change the terms of purchase, refund policy, or customer obligations

Customers are not entitled to refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals based on internal payment routing
The use of Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center as the payment processor does not alter the nature of the service purchased or the policies governing that service.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Missed sessions or no-shows

Schedule conflicts or personal circumstances

Weather conditions (unless expressly stated otherwise in writing)

Illness, injury, or voluntary withdrawal

Program dissatisfaction after purchase
This policy applies to all programs, memberships, passes, rentals, events, camps, training sessions, and retail purchases.
No Reschedule Policy (Limited Exceptions)
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is allowed only in non-typical circumstances, subject to prior approval by management.

Requests must be submitted before the scheduled session or event

Approval is at the sole discretion of management

Verbal approvals are not valid unless confirmed by management

Failure to attend without approved rescheduling results in forfeiture
Programs, Passes, and Expiration Dates

Many programs, packages, and passes include expiration dates

Expiration periods vary and are disclosed at the time of purchase

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and track expiration dates

Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or reinstated

Unused sessions do not roll over
Participant Conduct & Facility Rules
All participants, spectators, and guests must comply with facility rules and staff instructions.
We reserve the right to deny access or remove any individual without refund for unsafe behavior, policy violations, or failure to comply with instructions.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver Requirement
Participation in recreational and athletic activities involves inherent risks.
All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must complete a waiver of liability prior to participation. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Medical Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for determining their fitness to participate. We assume no responsibility for injuries, medical conditions, or complications arising from participation.
Program & Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to modify schedules, coaches, instructors, formats, or programming as necessary due to enrollment, facility needs, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
Photography & Media Release
By entering the facility or participating in activities, you grant permission for photographs or video recordings to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under North Carolina law, Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center, Jacksonville Futsal Academy, ENC Futsal, and their affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of services.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through our website, registration forms, lead generation pages, or point-of-sale system, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Jacksonville Indoor Recreation Center regarding:
• Training session confirmations and reminders
• Program registrations and schedule updates
• Customer service responses
• Promotions, camps, leagues, and training opportunities
Message frequency may vary depending on program participation and account activity.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly using the contact information listed below.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS messaging with third parties for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
